RETURN POLICY:
We totally understand that things do not always work as planned. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, we are happy to accommodate as long as it falls within our policy. 14 days for full refund, up to 30 days for store credit.
(No returns/exchanges on DISCOUNTED items)
We will accept returns and exchanges of unused products and merchandise with tags attached up to 30 days after the original order was placed.
Please follow the steps below
Step 1: DO NOT THROW AWAY POSTCARD THAT CAME WITH YOUR SKIPPER & SCOUT PURCHASE & MAKE NOTE OF ORDER NUMBER ON POSTCARD.
Step 2: EMAIL HELLO@SKIPPERSCOUT.COM to initiate your exchange or return.
SUBJECT : RETURN & ORDER NUMBER
BODY : ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN & REASON FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE.
Step 3:ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR EMAIL, PLEASE SHIP THE ITEM(S) & THE POSTCARD WITH YOU PREFERRED CARRIER. (SORRY WE DO NOT OFFER RETURN LABELS)

Step 4: ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN, WE WILL EITHER REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, ISSUE A STORE CREDIT, OR PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE.
