Envisioned by the maternal instinct of two kids, Claire, our founder, owner and lead designer, took initiative to design and create a special and unique kids brand called Petite Hailey. Rooting in the Southern California lifestyle the dream got it's first wings with the opening of the first store in Pasadena, California.
